Electricité de Zahlé bills collection procedure is monthly based. Our meter readers and bill collectors visit your home or business every month to read your meter indication and collect your monthly bill.
Note that your meter reader might not be your bill collector. In addition, EDZ inspection crews make unplanned examinations to the meters to check for meter reading and correct operation.
Bills processing can be summarized as follows. The issue of this month is actually your last month consumption i.e. if your bill is dated October then it records September's consumption and so on.
Bills are provided to you on a monthly basis. If you do not receive your bill at the usual time, please contact EDZ Customer Service Center immediately. It is very important you understand that when payment is not received before the due date, we automatically consider your bill overdue. If you are a new customer and need to know your regular payment period, just call EDZ Customer Service Center and you will be directly assisted. Refer to the
