To request an increase or decrease of service rating, you need to complete and sign the same standard service application form as a new electric service.

Refer to EDZ Subscriptions Ratings and Fees file for a complete list of available service ratings and details about payment fees.

Note that the existence of or the inability to verify payment of a past due amount could result in denial of service.
